What We Offer
💷 Salary: Up to £40,814 per year plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of £3,000
🕰️ Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Year-Round Employment: No unpaid breaks between contracts

What You’ll Do
• Teach and assess learners in Welding and Agricultural Engineering at a range of levels
• Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons
• Prepare students for industry, apprenticeships, and future progression
• Maintain a safe, fully equipped workshop and learning environment
• Support learners’ confidence, skills, and readiness for real-world engineering roles
What You’ll Bring
• A Level 3 qualification in Welding, Fabrication, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven track record in Welding, with hands-on industry experience
• Strong knowledge of welding processes and equipment, including MIG, TIG, ARC, and oxy-acetylene welding
• Strong practical background in welding, fabrication, agricultural machinery, or engineering environments
• Current knowledge of industry standards, practices, and safety requirements
(Teaching qualifications are welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work!)
