Location:        Trowbridge, Wiltshire

Salary:            £15,673.39 rising to £15,860.11 per annum,
                       pro rata of FTE £23,670 - £23,952 per annum
                       (Professional Services Grade 3 & 3a)

Job Type:       Permanent, Part Time 24.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre – The Role:

Wiltshire College & University Centre is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide an exceptional service to students, families, and the wider community. You will be the first point of contact, helping with course information, enrolments, and general inquiries.
 

Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre – Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephones: Answer calls, provide course information, and handle messages.
  • Admissions: Support applications and assist with student enrolments.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional service via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Information & Enquiries: Provide impartial guidance on courses, fees, finance, and entry criteria.
     

Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre – You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be a team player with attention to detail
     

Essential Qualifications

  • Hold a Literacy and numeracy level 2 qualification (GCSE A-C/9-4) or equivalent.
